EZ
Form semi-rigid cable is
unique that it is easily bent to finished shape and still
maintains its set after bending. This property makes it
ideal for use with automated bending equipment as well as
hand forming. Our cable is qualified to MIL-C-17 and is
listed on the Qualified Products List of the U.S Defense
Logistics Agency. Available cable diameters range from .020"
to .500".
Recent
cable product line expansions have included EZ Form AL,
the first aluminum-jacketed semi-rigid cable to be granted
MIL-C-17 qualification. Also, EZ Flex 250, 141, 86, 47 and
EZ Flex 401, 402, and 405, truly flexible cables with the
performance of MIL-C-17 semi-rigid. For harsh environments,
EZ Form has introduced a new EZArmored Ruggedized Cable
series that incorporates our line of EZ Flex high-performance
cables with a nearly indestructible armor jacket. Low attenuation
and non-standard impedance versions of many of our cables
are also now available.
EZ
Form miniature coaxial cables have been proven in hundreds
of critical applications. These include: low-noise amplifiers,
a full range of microwave components, aeronautical/space
applications, non-magnetic medical applications, and a variety
of high-performance laboratory instrumentation. EZ Form
cables provide the highest flexibility in semi-rigid cables
and greatly extended environmental parameters. The cables
exhibit highly favorable electrical characteristics, particularly
with an impedance tolerance as low as +/- ½ ohm for
a .141" diameter cable with nominal impedance of 50
ohms.
To
complement our cable products, EZ Form also manufactures
high-quality R.F. coaxial connectors. Available series include
MCX, MMCX, SMA, SMB, N, TNC and BNC connectors, among many
others.
As
an adjunct to EZ Form cables and connectors, TIM-CO
/ CAL-RF cable fabrication activity produce custom
cable assemblies and passive delay lines. Production of
these assemblies is to the most exacting customer specifications.
Standard delays are available ranging from 5 to 100 nanoseconds.
Special packaging requirements with critical dimensional
characteristics can be designed to meet your exacting requirements.
