High Performance Flexible
Cable
FlexShield
cable from CAL-RF combines the flexibility of RG cable
with the electrical performance and 100% shielding of
semi-rigid cable. Phase, attenuation, and VSWR remain
constant during flexing.
* This cable features a composite shield of silver plated
copper braid, an aluminized Kapton shield, and an inner
braid of flat silver plated copper strip. Several sizes
are available with foamed-tape PTFE dielectric for exceptionally
low attenuation.
These cables come standard with an FET jacket for abrasion
resistance, and can also be provided with a fully armored
jacket, bonded to the connectors, for use in severe
environmental conditions where vibration, shock, pulling
or crushing may be encountered.
California RF has a range of specially adapted connectors
to complement the high performance characteristics of
this cable.
